I'm a rookie when it comes to cooking and I don't claim to be an expert on food either. I'm still learning and someone said to me, not to ever give up on learning, so here I am, trying.
When I cook at home, the only audience I have are my two faithful furry friends, Simba, the yorky and Rico, the pom. They seem to get all excited when I cook. They are good cheerleaders, really, like I feel like I'm a demi-god in the kitchen and that somehow I've magically unlocked the skill of dog hypnotism.
My interests are diverse. But lately, I love to taste different cuisines. They say you only live once, so live a little and live it well. I won't pass out on a hearty meal with family and friends.
I'm extremely forgetful, too. So this blog serves as my memory bank, for recipes I've tried at home and places I've been. Mostly, for things I really want to remember in this lifetime.
