I'm a rookie when it comes to cooking and I don't claim to be an expert on food either; I'm still learning.
The only audience I have when I'm cooking in the kitchen are my two faithful dogs, Simba (my 10-year-old Yorky) and Rico (my naughty Pomeranian). They seem to get extremely excited when I'm cooking, like I've just magically unlocked the skill of dog hypnotism.
I love to eat and to taste different cuisines. But I'm also extremely forgetful, so this blog serves as my memory bank for recipes I've tried at home and for the things I want to remember, which are mostly on food and dining.
